Instructions

  • 1.   Thoroughly wash the spinach and melt it in butter.
  • 2.   Pierce the peeled garlic clove with a fork and use it to stir the spinach.
  • 3.   Once the spinach has wilted, drizzle it with cream and season it with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Mix well and serve.
