1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Remove the stems and cut the cauliflower into pieces.
3. Boil it in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
4. Cut the goat cheese into pieces and set aside a quarter in the refrigerator.
5. Put the cauliflower, eggs, goat cheese, cream, and a few sprigs of rosemary in a blender.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold, then sprinkle with the remaining goat cheese.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
8. Serve hot, warm, or cold, according to your taste.
