Cauliflower Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook it either by steaming or boiling for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   In a pot or large saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour, then the milk until you obtain a smooth sauce. Then add the water and bring to a boil.
  • 3.   Add the cauliflower to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Blend everything together and add salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Finally, add the 4 egg yolks and the heavy cream.
