Carrot Soup with Cumin

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion. Melt the butter in a pressure cooker, then add the onion. Cook until golden.
  • 2.   Add the carrots and potato, previously cut into pieces. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add water, curry, and cumin.
  • 4.   Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes after reaching pressure.
  • 5.   All that's left is to blend everything together, adding the heavy cream... and of course, enjoy!

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 water
  • 20 g of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • salt (according to taste)
