1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Clean and slice onions and leeks.
3. Cook the rice in the boiling salted water (about 12 minutes).
4. Sauté the onions in a little fat.
5. Once they are soft, add the leeks, diced tomatoes, curry, and simmer for 25 minutes (the leeks should be cooked).
6. In a gratin dish, place 3/4 of the cooked rice.
7. Pour the leek mixture over the rice and cover with the remaining rice.
8. Cut the small goats' cheese into thin slices and distribute them on top of the gratin.
9. Place under the broiler until it browns (it's best to keep an eye on it, as it depends on the oven).
10. Serve with a small green salad.
