Mini donuts with a donut machine

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast.
  • 2.   Add the butter, eggs, and milk until you have a thick and homogeneous batter.
  • 3.   Let it rest at room temperature for an hour.
  • 4.   Heat the mini donut machine.
  • 5.   Grease the molds.
  • 6.   Fill the molds with the batter (about one tablespoon) and cook until the mini donuts are done (about 5 minutes).
  • 7.   You can enjoy them plain or with a glaze.
