Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
  • 2.   Add the butter, eggs and milk until you obtain a fairly thick and homogeneous paste.
  • 3.   Leave to stand at room temperature for one hour.
  • 4.   Heat the mini donut maker.
  • 5.   Oil the mussels.
  • 6.   Put the dough in the molds (about a tablespoon) and cook until the mini donuts are cooked (about 5 min).
  • 7.   You can enjoy it plain or with icing.
