Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1 :
  • 2.   Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it in a bowl at room temperature. Chop the chocolate and put it in a salad bowl. 2nd step :
  • 3.   Heat 25cl of cream. Pour it over the chocolate then add the butter. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before homogenizing with a spatula. Step 3:
  • 4.   In another container, combine the egg yolks, sugar and cocoa. Mix with the chocolate preparation then with the rest of the liquid cream. Distribute among the pots. Step 4:
  • 5.   Bake for 30 min in milk dessert mode. Step 5:
  • 6.   Let cool then put in the fridge before serving.
