Lemon Spaghetti

The original recipe is made with grated Sbrinz AOP instead of Parmesan.

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare all the ingredients.
    In a saucepan, bring a large amount of salted water to a boil.
    Pour in the pasta and cook until al dente.
  • 2.   Carefully drain the pasta.
    Add to the butter-garlic-lemon mixture.
  • 3.   In a frying pan, sauté the garlic + butter without browning it.
  • 4.   Add the parsley + lemon zest and juice + pasta to the frying pan.
    Add half of the Parmesan.
    Sauté everything for 1 minute in the frying pan.
  • 5.   Serve immediately with the remaining Parmesan.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 small lemon
  • 60 g of grated parmesan
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
