Matcha Detox Smoothie

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and mash the banana with a fork.
  • 2.   Blend it in a blender with the Greek yogurt, milk, matcha tea, and sugar.
  • 3.   Serve the smoothie in glasses.
  • 4.   Add the ice cubes.
  • 5.   Garnish with goji berries (optional).
  • 6.   Enjoy immediately.

  • 1 banana
  • ½ teaspoon of matcha tea
  • 65 g of fat-free white cheese
  • 250 ml of skim milk
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar
