Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and remove the stems from the red fruits if necessary.
  • 2.   Blend them in a blender with 2 tablespoons of oat flakes, skim milk, and agave syrup.
  • 3.   Divide the mixture into two large glasses.
  • 4.   Decorate with the remaining spoonful of oat flakes.
  • 5.   Enjoy immediately.
