  • 1.   - CRUSH THE WALNUTS
    - SLICE THE ENDIVES + GREEN APPLE INTO THIN STRIPS
    - CUT THE ROQUEFORT INTO CUBES
  • 2.   MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A BOWL
  • 3.   - MOISTEN THE WRAPS
    - CUT IN HALF TO MAKE MINI ROLLS
    - PLACE THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE WRAP ON YOUR RIGHT
    - SPREAD 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE MIXTURE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WRAP (1CM FROM THE EDGES)
    - FOLD THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OVER THE FILLING
    - FOLD THE BOTTOM OF THE WRAP OVER THE FILLING
    - ROLL TIGHTLY ONCE
    - ROLL ALL THE WAY AND MOISTEN TO SECURE
  • 4.   SAUCE: WALNUT OIL + SOME CRUSHED WALNUTS
