Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • 2.   Put the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix and make a well in the center.
  • 3.   Add the whole eggs and whisk everything together.
  • 4.   Incorporate the melted butter, whisk, and gradually mix in 2/3 of the milk to avoid lumps.
  • 5.   Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then dilute it with the remaining milk.
  • 6.   In a hot and lightly oiled pan, cook the pancakes like crepes, but make them smaller and don't spread them out. Keep warm and enjoy.
