Baked Pasta with Sun-Dried Vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  • 3.   Clean, remove the seeds, and slice the bell peppers. Clean and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 4.   Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
  • 5.   Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  • 6.   Add the bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil, then cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 7.   When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the mixture.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  • 9.   Pour everything into an ovenproof dish.
  • 10.   Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 11.   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
