Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch and flour in the milk.
  • 2.   Add the beaten eggs and vanilla sugar.
    Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Lightly oil a frying pan, and when it is hot, pour the batter using a ladle.
  • 4.   Cook the pancake over high heat and flip it. Let it brown on the other side.
  • 5.   Fill with ham, egg, and grated cheese for a savory pancake or with jam, Nutella, lemon sugar, or other sweet fillings.
