1. Cut the goat cheese log into small pieces in the bowl of a blender. Pour in the liquid honey and the heavy cream.
Blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
2. Add the chopped rosemary leaves and the walnuts.
Blend again for a few seconds. The walnuts should be roughly chopped.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
3. Pour the cream into a bowl and serve at room temperature.
4. The goat cheese cream can be stored for 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Take it out at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes & Suggestions
You can replace the rosemary with fresh thyme or savory.
