Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the potatoes.
    Cook them in boiling water or in a pressure cooker for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
    In a gratin dish, arrange the potatoes, cover them with mascarpone and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 3.   Place in the oven for about ten minutes at 200°C (400°F) until the mascarpone is completely melted.
    After removing from the oven, mash the potatoes to your liking.
