Instructions
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
Cook them in boiling water or in a pressure cooker for 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

3. Place in the oven for about ten minutes at 200°C (400°F) until the mascarpone is completely melted.
