Leek and Gruyère Cheese Crustless Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Sort and wash the leeks thoroughly. Cut them into rounds.
  • 2.   Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan. Sauté the onion and leek rounds over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for convection). Grease a high-sided 24 cm diameter baking dish.
    Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • 4.   Set aside 2 tablespoons of Gruyère cheese. Mix the eggs, cream, feta cheese, remaining Gruyère cheese, and flour.
    Add the onion and leek mixture.
    Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Fill the baking dish with the cheese mixture and sprinkle the reserved Gruyère cheese on top.
    Bake for about 40 minutes.
    Serve this tart while still hot.

  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 300 g of feta
  • 125 g of grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoon of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
