Apple Banana Smoothie with Thermomix

A delicious and easy-to-make apple banana smoothie recipe with Thermomix. Sweet fruits like bananas combine very well with slightly acidic or sub-acidic fruits, less sweet like apples. Feel free to adapt the preparation according to your taste by modifying, for example, the proportion of fruits and/or replacing sugar with honey (or even sweetener or stevia...). For my part, I added a 0% plain yogurt, but you can also replace it with the same amount of milk for a slightly more liquid smoothie. Instructions

  • 1.   Place 1 peeled, cored, and diced apple, 1 plain yogurt, 2 peeled and diced bananas, 4 ice cubes (optional), and 1 packet of vanilla sugar (optional) in the Thermomix. Blend for 30 sec/speed 10.
  • 2.   Transfer the contents of the Thermomix into glasses.
  • 3.   Serve immediately.
