ZUCCHINI CRUMBLE WITH CREAM CHEESE

Instructions

  • 1.   For the crumble dough:
    Soften the butter.
    In a bowl, add the flour, salt, pepper, cold butter cut into pieces, and 1 tablespoon of water.
    Mix with your fingers until you obtain a crumbly dough.
    Let it rest in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 3.   Wash the zucchinis, leave the skin on, and cut them into slices.
  • 4.   Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary.
  • 5.   In individual molds or in a large dish, arrange the zucchini slices, seasoned cream cheese, and pine nuts.
    Drizzle some olive oil over the mixture.
    Sprinkle with the crumble dough and fresh rosemary.
  • 6.   Bake for about 20 minutes.
