Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash and peel the vegetables.
Slice them thinly.
Sauté them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
3. If you choose to add meat, cook the ground meat in a separate pan.
4. Slice the mozzarella thinly.
5. In a baking dish, layer 3 times as follows:
- 2 lasagna sheets
- 1/3 of the pesto
- 1/3 of the vegetables
- 1/3 of the ground meat
- 1/4 of the tomato pulp
- 1/3 of the mozzarella
Repeat 2 more times.
6. Finish with a layer of lasagna, tomato pulp, and grated gruyère cheese.
