Coleslaw is a very popular American recipe. This cabbage and carrot salad is often served as a side dish with a burger. The dressing is creamy.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a salad bowl, put the cabbage, carrots, and raisins. Mix.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, a little salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the contents of the salad bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
