Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the cucumber and let it drain for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Put it in a bowl, add crushed garlic, finely chopped mint and coriander, add yogurt, oil, salt and pepper, stir and refrigerate.
  • 3.   Serve it chilled with Greek bread as an appetizer, or as is as an entrée.

  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
