Instructions

. Mix the egg yolks (save the egg whites), agave syrup, and yogurt.

. Add the flour and baking powder. Stir the mixture while gradually incorporating the milk.

. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Add them to the batter.
4
. Pour a ladleful of batter into a lightly oiled pan, cook until bubbles appear. Flip the pancake and cook the other side.
