Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220ºC (425ºF), grease a tart pan and unroll the pastry into it. Place the pieces of camembert on top. Beat the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
