Pasta, peppers and tuna

When summer comes, nothing like a good fresh and generous pasta salad! Perfect as a starter for a great start to a good meal, or accompanied by a nice barbecue grilling, or for a picnic, this summer salad reminds us that simple dishes are sometimes the best, and those who make the most pleasure! This recipe offers a version of pasta salad with tuna, tomatoes, corn, and a seasoning bonus ... A treat!

Instructions

  • 1.   Pass the peppers under the oven grill until the skin turns black. Let them cool in a plastic bag. Peel them, fry them and cut them into strips. In a bowl, combine the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, chopped anchovies with capers, pepper, pepper and olive oil. Book fresh.
  • 2.   Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain and pour into a deep dish, add peppers, tuna and sauce. Mix before serving.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
