Summer Granola

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • 2.   Roughly chop the apricots.
  • 3.   Mix the oats with the sesame seeds. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup and distribute evenly.
  • 4.   Spread the mixture flat on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the dried fruits during the last 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Store in a sealed jar.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It is possible to make it in a frying pan (add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil).
  • Serve with yogurt or cottage cheese and seasonal fruits.
  • It is possible to add cinnamon powder.

  • 100 g of oat flake
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 50 g of crushed almond
  • 10 dried apricots
  • 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 4 Greek yogurts (optional)
  • 30 blueberries (optional)
  • 20 raspberries (optional)
  • 30 g of pumpkin seed
