Summer Granola

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

. Roughly chop the apricots.

. Mix the oats with the sesame seeds. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup and distribute evenly.

. Spread the mixture flat on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.

. Add the dried fruits during the last 5 minutes.

. Store in a sealed jar.
Notes & Suggestions
It is possible to make it in a frying pan (add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil).
Serve with yogurt or cottage cheese and seasonal fruits.
It is possible to add cinnamon powder.
