Avocachoc (Avocado Chocolate Cake)

Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Mix the egg yolks with stevia, then add the applesauce.
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Add it to the mixture. Then add the mashed avocado and mix again.
  • 3.   Finish by gently folding in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a round mold and decorate with some pecans or almonds.

  • 200 g of dark baking chocolate
  • 1 handful of pecan nut
