1. Sort the endives, cut them in half, remove the bitter core, and wrap them in a slice of cheese.
Place them in a pre-greased baking dish.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Segment the orange and cut it into cubes.
Mix the onion with the yogurt, orange, and white wine.
3. Rinse the herbs, pat them dry, and finely chop them.
Season the sauce with spices and herbs, then pour it over the endives. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 190°C (convection oven 170°C).
