Creamy Mushroom Stew with Herbs

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onions. Sauté them in hot butter until translucent.
    Wash the mushrooms if necessary, slice them, and simmer them with the onions.
  • 2.   Pour in the white wine and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
    Stir in the heavy cream.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, then add the herbs.
  • 3.   Serve the preparation in plates.
    Serve with spätzle (Alsatian pasta) on the side.

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 500 g of wild mushroom
  • 8 tablespoon of white wine
  • 400 ml of vegetable broth
  • 6 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 8 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • 400 g of spätzle
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
