Stuffed and Gratinéed Zucchini with Goat Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the zucchini, cut them into 5 cm long cylinders, and hollow them out with a small spoon.
    Peel and chop the garlic.
  • 2.   Heat the olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ground meat, crumbling it.
    Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  • 3.   Rinse the parsley, pat it dry, and chop it.
    Incorporate parsley and pine nuts into the meat and fill the zucchini with this stuffing.
  • 4.   Arrange the stuffed zucchini in an ovenproof dish, drizzle them with white wine.
    Slice the goat cheese log into rounds, distribute them over the zucchini, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 200°C (180°C in convection) oven.

  • 200 g of ground meat
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ bunch of fresh parsley
  • 30 g of pine nut
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 100 g of goat cheese log
  • salt (according to taste)
