Chicken Stir-Fry with Snow Peas

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Cut them into thick strips.
    Rinse the snow peas and remove the strings.
    Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds.
    Sort the mushrooms, wipe them with a damp cloth, and slice them.
  • 2.   Brown the chicken on all sides in hot oil. Add the snow peas, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.
    Pour in the vegetable broth, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
    Rice makes an excellent side dish.

  • 150 g of wild mushroom
  • 4 tablespoon of oil
  • 200 ml of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
