Pasta, Peppers, and Tuna

When summer arrives, there's nothing like a good, fresh and generous pasta salad! Perfect as a starter to kick off a great meal, or as a side dish for a nice barbecue, or even for a picnic, this summer salad reminds us that simple dishes are sometimes the best and the most enjoyable! This recipe offers a version of pasta salad with tuna, tomatoes, corn, and a bonus seasoning... A delight!

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the peppers under the broiler until the skin blackens. Let them cool in a plastic bag.
    Peel them, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.
    In a bowl, mix the pressed garlic, chopped parsley, chopped anchovies with capers, chili pepper, black pepper, and olive oil. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain them and
    pour them into a shallow dish, add the peppers, tuna, and sauce. Mix before serving.

  • 300 g of various pasta
  • 50 g of red bell pepper
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
