Coconut Flan

Instructions

. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Pour the sweetened condensed milk with the same amount of skim milk.

. Add the shredded coconut and mix everything together.

. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
4
. Caramelize the bottom of the mold.
5
. Bake in a water bath at 375°F for 45 minutes.
