Coconut Flan

Instructions

  • 1.   Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Pour the sweetened condensed milk with the same amount of skim milk.
  • 2.   Add the shredded coconut and mix everything together.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
  • 4.   Caramelize the bottom of the mold.
  • 5.   Bake in a water bath at 375°F for 45 minutes.

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g of coconut
  • 400 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml of skim milk
  • 1 liquid caramel
