1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the flours, sugar, baking powder, oil or applesauce, flax seeds, mix well, add the eggs and mix again until you obtain a smooth batter. Add flavors or dried fruits if desired and mix.
2. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Check the doneness with the tip of a knife. Let cool on a wire rack.

Coconut oil or your choice of: hazelnut oil, applesauce.
Lemon zest or your choice of: cinnamon, vanilla, hazelnuts, almonds, dried fruits, seeds.
