Pan-fried Banana Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   In the pan, put:
    - 1 tbsp of sugar
    - the bananas cut into pieces (apples also work)
  • 2.   In a separate bowl, mix:
    - egg
    - salt
    - vanilla
    - the remaining sugar
    - milk
  • 3.   Once mixed, add:
    - oil
    - flour (gradually)
    - baking powder
    - lemon (makes the cake lighter)
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into the pan, spread it evenly and distribute the batter in the pan
  • 5.   Cook over low heat and covered for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   Flip the cake in the pan to brown the other side.

  • 1 egg
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 8 g of baking powder
  • 150 g of flour
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • salt (according to taste)
