Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Mash the banana with the liquid coconut oil, but not hot.
  • 2.   Gradually add the flour, then the other ingredients, and form a dough ball before rolling it out and shaping it.
  • 3.   Brush a mixture of plant-based milk and honey onto the chocolate croissants before baking them. Bake for 12 minutes.

  • 225 g of wheat flour
  • 40 g of coconut oil
  • 140 g of banana
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 8 chocolate bar
  • salt (according to taste)
