1. Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).
Mix 150 g of flour with the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Add mashed ripe bananas, as well as butter and milk.
3. Beat (preferably with a mixer) gently until a smooth batter is obtained, then vigorously for 2 minutes.
4. Add the eggs and the remaining flour,
5. and mix well.
6. Grease the bottom of a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
7. Bake in the oven at 165°C (325°F) for 55 to 60 minutes (check for doneness).
8. Can be glazed with a cream cheese or sour cream frosting.
