Banana bread

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).
    Mix 150 g of flour with the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • 2.   Add mashed ripe bananas, as well as butter and milk.
  • 3.   Beat (preferably with a mixer) gently until a smooth batter is obtained, then vigorously for 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the eggs and the remaining flour,
  • 5.   and mix well.
  • 6.   Grease the bottom of a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  • 7.   Bake in the oven at 165°C (325°F) for 55 to 60 minutes (check for doneness).
  • 8.   Can be glazed with a cream cheese or sour cream frosting.

  • 85 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of milk
