Coffee Tiramisu

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the egg yolks and sugar (set aside the egg whites), lightly whisk the mixture. Add the mascarpone and set aside.
  • 2.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture. In a dish, place the ladyfingers that have been previously soaked (soaked = one side only and lightly soaked).
  • 3.   Cover with the mixture and repeat with a second layer of ladyfingers, finishing with a final layer of the mixture.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Set aside in the refrigerator for a few hours: the longer the dish stays chilled, the better the dessert!
  • 5.   Enjoy.

  • 20 cl of coffee
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
