Instructions
1. In a pan, pour a drizzle of vegetable oil or olive oil, sauté the meat (sausage, merguez, chicken) until well browned. Or cook the omelette and cut it into pieces.
2. The vegetables should all be pre-cut. In a sauté pan (or wok), put the shallot, spinach sprouts, carrots, green cabbage, let them brown. Then add the meat. Mix.
3. Mix the cooked rice (already cooked) with soy sauce and ketchup. Set aside. Season with fine salt and Espelette pepper. Reheat the rice if necessary and mix gently.
4. Place in plates or in a dish.
