Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour, sugars, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • 2.   Melt the butter.
  • 3.   Add the beaten egg and 2 teaspoons of honey to it.
  • 4.   Incorporate everything into the mixture.
  • 5.   Add the chocolate chips (preferably milk chocolate, but I've already tasted cookies with 3 types of chocolate and they're delicious), and mix.
  • 6.   Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F), with the rack at the lowest position. Shape cookies of about 10 cm (4 inches) in diameter (using an ice cream scoop makes it easy).
  • 7.   Place them on a baking sheet. They should be spaced apart.
  • 8.   Bake them for 9 to 11 minutes, depending on whether you want them "extra-soft, soft, or crispy-soft"...
