1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking sheet (or line it with parchment paper).
2. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. In the bowl of the robot with the kneading/crushing blade, add the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and butter. Run at speed 5 for 2 minutes.
3. Then, add the milk and orange blossom water and mix at speed 3 until the dough forms a ball. It should not stick (if it does, add a little flour).
4. Remove the dough from the robot and knead it into a ball. The dough should have the same consistency as bread dough. Flatten it by hand or with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3 cm (1 inch). Cut out rounds with a cookie cutter or a small mustard glass.
5. Brush with 2 cl (1.4 tablespoons) of milk.
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Serve warm with jam.
