Instructions

  • 1.   In a small 12 cm skillet, heat the yogurt, milk, and chocolate over low heat.
  • 2.   Once melted, add the cocoa powder and flour, mix well, cover, and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the nuts and peanut butter towards the end of cooking.

  • 20 g of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
