Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices.
  • 2.   In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the potatoes for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the raclette cheese, cut into pieces.
  • 4.   Once melted, add the eggs and cook until the omelette is golden brown.
  • 5.   It's divine!
