Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the ingredients except for the peanut butter and chocolate.
  • 2.   In the muffin molds, fill them halfway with the batter, then add a teaspoon of peanut butter and top with the remaining batter. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
    Bake for 15 minutes in a 180°C (350°F) oven.

  • 70 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 60 g of peanut butter
  • 20 g of chocolate
