Chocolate Coconut Oat Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the ingredients, pour into a round cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
  • 2.   For the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Pour the mixture over the cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 15 g of grated coconut
  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 10 g of coconut oil
