Leek Risotto with Cookeo | Serves 4 ⭕

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Cut the leeks into rounds. Dissolve the chicken broth cube in water.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add olive oil, onion, rice, and start the browning mode. Let it cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the white wine and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the leeks, chicken broth, salt, and pepper, then set the pressure cooking mode for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   At the end of the cooking time, add the cream, Parmesan cheese, mix well, and serve immediately.

  • 10 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 50 g of grated parmesan
