Pasta gratin

A good way to accommodate leftover pasta. Everyone likes it, it's fast and cheap. We can also make pasta "al-dente" specially and drain.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan and set aside.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
  • 3.   Cook the pasta in a large volume of water as indicated in the bag, to keep them "al dente".
  • 4.   Drain and pour in a large baking dish.
  • 5.   Pour the cream over the pasta and sprinkle with small pieces of garlic and grated cheese.
  • 6.   Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
