Dark chocolate and 0% fat cottage cheese fondant

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • 3.   Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • 4.   Whisk the yolks with the sugar. Add the flour, cottage cheese, and melted chocolate.
  • 5.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture.
  • 6.   Pour the batter into a silicone mold.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking the doneness. The cake should not be overcooked.
