Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

A delicious and healthy breakfast with this banana chia pudding, almonds, hazelnuts & cocoa. This pudding can also be enjoyed as a light dessert. Best prepared the day before.

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the milk (plant-based or animal), vanilla, cocoa (sweetened or unsweetened), and chia seeds.
    Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the banana slices. Mix and pour into a glass or ramekin. Let it chill for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
  • 3.   When serving, add crushed hazelnuts and almonds, as well as grated dark chocolate.

Notes & Suggestions

  • The riper the bananas, the sweeter they will be.
