Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the garlic cloves and cook them in a pan with oil. Add the spinach and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes on low heat, according to the time indicated on the freezer bag.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, crack the eggs and beat them in a bowl with the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Pour this mixture directly onto the spinach, and stir until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Finally, serve your spinach and cheese omelette immediately.
